From 2011 until 2025, Juanita used her natural entrepreneurial mindset to refine the strategy and daily operations of the business she founded, shaping it into a 7-figure company she could run without sleepless nights, without burning out every quarter, and with enough time and energy for family, health and volunteer opportunities.
Today she brings that experience to boards, CEOs and other business leaders as a strategist and as speaker to audiences seeking direction on strategy, innovation, leadership, change or communication in demanding environments.

THE LONG VERSION
In 2011, Juanita started her journey from employee to self-employed to employer without any managerial experience or business administration qualifications. Her early business decisions were guided by her intuition and in line with her principles that she still operates by today:
- Say yes to opportunities without making promises you can't keep.
- Do what you know while adding to what you know.
- Play well with others.
- Measure results, not effort.
- Keep it simple.
Over the years, her consistent results and knack for simplified, practical solutions to complex business problems had other business leaders ask her for advice on issues including strategy, operational efficiency, human resources, product development, reputation management, future industry trends and more. To formalise some of her experience and advice, Juanita earned the designations of Certified Director and Ethics Officer in 2017.
As her business and advisory experience grew, she became a regular podcast guest and media contributor published in several highly respected business publications worldwide.
In 2019 renowned business growth speaker Roger Harrop invited Juanita to become his sole associate after recognising that her intuitive style of running a business aligned perfectly with the methods he had been teaching in The CEO Experts™ series of keynotes and masterclasses.
Juanita continued to finetune the operations of her 7-figure company until she could run it without sleepless nights, without burning out every quarter, and with enough time and energy for family, health and volunteer opportunities.
At the end of 2025, Juanita spun off the company’s major operations division and handed ownership to her employees, giving them a head start in building their own micro-enterprises. She supported this transition with startup funding and training to set them up for success.
These days she shares her knowledge as strategist for boards and CEOs and as speaker for audiences navigating strategy, innovation, leadership, change or communication in complex times.
