Juanita Vorster's standard fees are as follows: Service: SPEAKER for Keynote Speech, Breakaway Room, Lighting Talk/Series (includes participation as panelist on same day) = R37500 for sessions delivered in South Africa, US$3500 for sessions delivered outside South African borders. Service: PARTICIPANT (when not booked as speaker) in Panel discussion, Fireside chat, Ask Me Anything Session = R15000 for sessions delivered in South Africa, US$1500 for sessions delivered outside South African borders. Service: FACILITATOR of Strategy Session, Workshop, Masterclass, Training Session = R45000 for half day sessions and R55000 for full day sessions delivered in South Africa, US$4000 for half day sessions and US$5000 for full day sessions delivered outside South African borders. Service: LEADERSHIP SPARRING PARTNER = pricing based on customised quote All fees include include briefing sessions, research, customisation, and travel time. All fees exclude 15% VAT as well as travel and accommodation expenses.

Booking Juanita Vorster as speaker requires completing a Booking Request Form and sending the completed form to Juanita. The client then receives a quote or a meeting request to discuss exact client requirements.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT The Client will be invoiced for the fee and agreed expenses prior to the engagement. Payment in full of the invoiced amount is due immediately to guarantee the session date and validity of quoted expenses (where Juanita Vorster is responsible for flight and accommodation bookings). The booking will only be confirmed and expenses will only be incurred once the full amount is cleared in the bank account specified on the invoice. Not adhering to this arrangement may lead to additional charges or cancellation of services without any refunds, damages or rescheduling due. Unforeseen but agreed expenses will be invoiced after the engagement and will be due for payment immediately. The invoiced amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the speaking performance by the Client for any reason, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event of cancellation of the speaking performance by Juanita Vorster for any reason, 100% of the speaker fee related to this booking will become refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This excludes non-refundable expenses. No audio or video recording may be made, stored, used or distributed at any time without express prior written permission from Juanita Vorster.

STANDARD TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION REQUIREMENTS AIR TRAVEL: Flight arrangements and arrival time must allow for road travel, sleep (in the case of international travel), and setup/dry run time aligned to the level of performance expected. Flights up to 5 hours = economy class with meals and beverages. Flights over 5 hours = business class OR an extra 24 hours full board accommodation prior to the start date of the session. ROAD TRAVEL between flights: Car (private or shared) with driver between airport and accommodation. ROAD TRAVEL within South African borders: Self-drive at ZAR7/km for a maximum of 5 hours drive time AND 1 night full board accommodation prior to the start date of the session. ACCOMMODATION: Booked only at hospitality properties with on-site check-in, security and dining facilities e.g. guesthouse, B&B, hotel. No private homesharing. Private room with private bathroom. Full board or all meals provided by accommodation and/or event venue. Beverages and gratuities for Juanita Vorster’s own account.
