Because I'm an awesome speaker and strategist ... who spent 2011 to 2025 to refine the strategy and daily operations of the business I founded, shaping it into a 7-figure company I could run: without sleepless nights, without burning out every quarter, with high staff and client retention, and with enough time and energy for family, health and volunteer opportunities. These days, I travel around the world to answer the "what now?" and "what next?" questions asked by boards, CEOs, and audiences dealing with demanding and changing environments.

In short, whatever the topic is, the audience takeaway after a session (keynote, strategy session, team workshop) with me is usually: "I know exactly which next steps to take, and I have newfound courage to for what needs to be done. I've got this!" They won't admit it, but most business leaders (owners, directors, executives, senior management) feel overwhelmed from time to time ... or simply all the time ... by daily details, the incredible speed of change, or both! ​Lately, a layer of AI on top of almost everything seems to make things even more overwhelming. Being stuck in the details of the business (or the change it's facing) is often the downfall of highly talented entrepreneurs and executives. The relentless complexity of running a business erodes their excitement and energy to the point where they're just going through the motions in a desperate attempt to keep the business afloat. Getting out of overwhelm or having confidence in what to do next requires laser-focused clarity. When entrepreneurs and executives find clarity, they regain the belief, passion and courage they had when they first started out in business.

My job is to make your job as event/session planner as easy as possible, so I will arrive on time for any planning sessions, dry-runs, AV checks, or last-minute instructions.  I will treat all your event service providers with respect, and if required, I'll be available to chat to delegates after my session.
